60 minute appointment
Whether you want a baseline or suspect hearing loss, we use state-of-the-art equipment to provide a thorough evaluation, explain your results clearly, and guide you through next steps if needed.
15-20 minute appointment
A basic hearing screening is a quick pass/fail check to identify potential hearing loss. Unlike a comprehensive test, screenings don't provide detailed diagnostic information, but they're useful for establishing whether further evaluation is needed.
Note: Complimentary when scheduled in conjunction with any other appointment. Must be agreed upon before the appointment so that appropriate devices can be brought.
60 minute appointment
When hearing loss is detected, we discuss options and recommend solutions based on your goals and lifestyle. We calibrate your hearing aids in your actual acoustic environment using in-situ audiometry* — tuning them to the sounds of your life, not a clinical setting.
We offer a two-week trial with the latest technology, programmed to your personal settings — not generic defaults — so you get a true sense of what life with well-fitted hearing aids actually feels like.
Note: Complimentary consultation appointments are available for those exploring options. The fitting package applies when you purchase devices.
30 minute appointment
For hearing aids purchased from us or from another provider. We clean, inspect, and troubleshoot your devices to keep them performing at their best.
60 minute appointment
Have hearing aids that sit in a drawer? You are not alone. We specialize in rescuing "failed" fittings from other providers. Using Real Ear Measurement and In-Situ verification, we can often reprogram your existing devices to perform better than they ever have.
30 minute appointment
Custom ear impressions are taken for a range of purposes — from hearing protection to in-ear monitors. Options include fully blocking plugs or filtered plugs that let you hear speech and music naturally. Available for school-aged children through adults.
30 minute appointment
Earwax buildup is common and can cause discomfort or blocked hearing. With the help of a video otoscope, you can see whether wax is present, and if needed, it will be gently removed using tools and/or irrigation. If the wax is especially stubborn, a follow-up visit is included at no extra cost.
