Hearing Aid Clean & Check

Professional maintenance for devices purchased from us or another provider

Keep Your Devices Performing at Their Best

Hearing aids are precision electronic devices exposed daily to earwax, moisture, and debris. Even with excellent home care, professional cleaning and inspection extends device life and prevents performance issues. Whether you purchased your hearing aids from us or another provider, we provide thorough maintenance service.

Our 30-minute clean and check appointment includes full inspection, deep cleaning, troubleshooting, and replacement of consumable parts like wax guards, receivers, and tubing as needed.

What's Included

  • Visual Inspection: Check for cracks, damage, or wear
  • Deep Cleaning: Professional tools remove debris from receivers, microphones, and vents
  • Troubleshooting: Identify performance issues and sound quality problems
  • Physical Maintenance: Replace wax guards, receivers, tubing, and domes as needed
  • Listening Check: Verify devices are functioning correctly
  • Loaner Program: If your devices need manufacturer repair, loaner aids are usually available

Duration: 30 minutes | Price: $65 (one aid) / $75 (two aids)

Note: This service covers physical maintenance and cleaning only. Electronic reprogramming or adjustments are separate services and may require a longer appointment.

How Often Should Hearing Aids Be Professionally Cleaned?

We recommend professional cleaning every 3–6 months, depending on:

  • How much earwax your ears produce
  • Your wear schedule (daily users vs occasional users)
  • Environmental factors (dust, moisture, active lifestyle)
  • Device style (in-ear models accumulate more wax than behind-the-ear styles)

All Brands Serviced

We service hearing aids from all major manufacturers, including Phonak, Widex, Starkey, Oticon, GN ReSound, Signia, and others. You don't need to have purchased from us to receive maintenance service.

Repairs & Manufacturer Service

If your devices require manufacturer repair (such as internal electronics failure or water damage), we can facilitate the repair process and typically provide loaner hearing aids while yours are being serviced. Most manufacturer repairs are covered under warranty for the first three years.
